How might we inspire or resist social change in the 21st century?You'll explore questions like this on our BA Sociology degree, and will develop an understanding of how society is organised both locally and globally. You'll also consider the experience of diverse individuals and groups in our increasingly complex and multicultural world.You can tailor your degree to your interests and career goals through optional modules that examine subjects like identity, human rights, climate change and social media. You can also enhance your CV by studying abroad at a partner institution in locations like Australia, the USA or Canada.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students who have completed 12 years of education (Gao Zhong) in China must complete a Foundation Programme or GCE A Level (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in English language in order to progress on to an undergraduate degree programme. Students who successfully complete the Foundation Certificate, obtaining the grades required for their chosen degree programme, will be guaranteed admission to the University. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component.
