在這里學(xué)什么？ Religious studies is an essential tool for making sense of many aspect of society including moral thinking, art and music, and literature. This unique course explores how religious and ethical traditions shape creative expression.It looks at both historical developments and contemporary issues such as:- what religious stereotypes does the media promote?- how have authors of fantasy and science fiction explored religious and ethical ideas?- how does the Bible influence art, music and film?As part of the course we encourage you to use video, art and other creative formats to explore theological ideas. You can also start or continue to learn biblical languages. Our staff include theologians, philosophers, historians and sociologists. This diversity gives you a broad set of views and strengthens your studies.Be part of a dynamic, supportive community leading the understanding between religion and today's society.Religion and ethics can also be studied alongside philosophy in our joint honours programme.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Students who have completed 12 years of education (Gao Zhong) in China must complete a Foundation Programme or GCE A Level (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in English language in order to progress on to an undergraduate degree programme. Students who successfully complete the Foundation Certificate, obtaining the grades required for their chosen degree programme, will be guaranteed admission to the University. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component.
