在這里學(xué)什么？ This accredited degree will give you real practical experience of medical physics at the Queens Medical Centre hospital. Tailored modules such as Functional Medical Imaging and Molecular Biophysics will help you develop a specialist understanding of this area. You will benefit from specialist lectures by senior practising medical physicists. Our teaching has been given the highest rating of 'Gold' (Teaching Excellence Framework 2017). We have a proud history of harnessing the power of physics for medical innovation. In 2003, research undertaken within the School by Professor Sir Peter Mansfield was recognised with a Nobel Prize for the invention of Magnetic Resonance Imaging body scanners. This technology has already helped more than half a billion people worldwide. More recently, our use of quantum technologies to understand how the brain works is changing the way that neurological conditions are detected and treated.We share our love of physics with budding scientists worldwide through the popular Sixty Symbols YouTube channel. We encourage students to share their fascination with physics with schools and the wider community through our outreach programme. This programme can help you further develop skills such as organisation, communication and team working.- Accredited by the Institute of Physics- Joint 3rd for research quality in physics in the UK (Research Excellence Framework 2014)- There is flexibility to transfer between most physics degrees after the first year

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students who have completed 12 years of education (Gao Zhong) in China must complete a Foundation Programme or GCE A Level (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in English language in order to progress on to an undergraduate degree programme. Students who successfully complete the Foundation Certificate, obtaining the grades required for their chosen degree programme, will be guaranteed admission to the University. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component.
