在這里學(xué)什么？ English and Philosophy support each other in looking at what it means to be human:- What do we feel? And is it right to feel that way?- What is society like? And what should it be like?Both of these subjects at Nottingham are especially diverse in what they cover:- English - language, literature and drama from Old English to the present day- Philosophy - traditional topics such as ethics and philosophy of mind alongside emerging areas like environmental and social philosophyYou'll study each subject separately but equally. Choice of specialised modules means you'll be able to deepen your knowledge and follow your passions.There's lots of reading involved! Also plenty of opportunities to develop your own ideas and work with others.An ideal degree if you want to be able to say what you mean and mean what you say.You do not require any academic experience in philosophy to apply for this course.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students who have completed 12 years of education (Gao Zhong) in China must complete a Foundation Programme or GCE A Level (or equivalent) and demonstrate proficiency in English language in order to progress on to an undergraduate degree programme. Students who successfully complete the Foundation Certificate, obtaining the grades required for their chosen degree programme, will be guaranteed admission to the University. Students need to have IELTS 6.0 with minimum 5.5 in each component.
