The Human Resource Development certificate program provides students an understanding of how to support their organization by gaining knowledge and skills in all administrative functions. Students will learn how to plan, direct and coordinate programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of an organization's employees. The program is for individuals currently working in or aspiring to serve in human resource development roles in a variety of organizational settings. HRD emphasizes a comprehensive view of the field, including training and development, learning in the workplace, organizational development, and performance improvement.
