About this course
Gain specialist legal knowledge on this LLM International Commercial and Corporate Law at the University of Southampton. This master's develops the practical legal skills you need to advise, litigate and negotiate. It draws on the research strengths of the School’s academic staff who are active at the forefront of international and national legal reform and development.

Our 'LLM Challenge' offers an extra learning experience. Students across all our LLM courses are assigned to a team and given a current topic to debate to compete for a small monetary prize. The LLM Challenge helps you develop your collaborative working and leadership skills.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students need to have a Bachelors degree awarded by a high ranked Chinese university with an average grade of at least 70-88%, dependent on awarding institution. Most of our Masters programmes require you to achieve equivalent to a 2.1. X1 75% or 2.8 GPA, X2 78% or 3.1 GPA, X3 80% or 3.25 GPA, Y1 78% or 3.1 GPA, Y2 83% or 3.5 GPA, Z 88% or 3.7 GPA. IELTS 6.5 overall with 6.5 in reading and writing, 6.0 in listening and speaking.
