在這里學(xué)什么？ This Integrated Masters in Languages (MLang) leads to a full masters award and offers you the same choice and flexibility as the BA programmes, including a full year abroad. It also has the same funding options. This degree enables you to gain a masters qualification in four years with a full year abroad and has the same funding options as for our BA programmes, with a reduced fee for the year abroad. The flexible course means that you can specialise in a particular field of study or spread your interests. Spoken by over 120 million people and of growing importance in central and eastern Europe, German opens up numerous opportunities for language graduates. Our BA German will allow you to specialise in the language and culture of the German-speaking world. You will acquire near-native speaker competence in German and study a range of topics in the broader field of German studies, focusing especially on the 20th and 21st centuries. During your year abroad, you will choose between being a language assistant in a school, studying at an Erasmus partner university such as Hamburg, Frankfurt, Vienna or Potsdam, or working in an approved job.Modern languages and linguistics at Southampton is ranked fifth in the UK for the quality of our research (REF 2014). Teaching and learning is supported by three research centres, Transnational Studies, Global Englishes and Applied Language Research.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.
