專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ Outstanding facilities and a future-focused curriculum enables BA Fashion Design to provide superb employability prospects for students; graduates have gone on to work for Alexander McQueen, Burberry, Stella McCartney, Vivienne Westwood, Urban Outfitters, Topshop and Net-A-Porter. You will specialise in menswear or womenswear, practising traditional skills alongside innovative digital techniques, using facilities such as industry-standard pattern-cutting equipment, a range of digital printers and the latest laser-cutting and 3D print technology. You’ll learn from tutors with extensive fashion design experience and strong industry connections; they are well placed to advise on your portfolio of work and how best to pursue your future goals. This is complemented with external industry speakers and study visits, which will give you professional insights and enable you to build your networks. In the second year there are exciting opportunities to spend a semester working on live company briefs or studying fashion design abroad.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.
