在這里學(xué)什么？ This flexible integrated Masters course focuses on the exploration and understanding of human disease at all levels. It combines biochemistry, physiology, neuroscience, cell biology, genetics and pharmacology. Our biomedical science graduates are in demand in a variety of areas of employment in medicine and healthcare-related professions, or clinical or medical research. Southampton’s biomedical science researchers are making a significant impact on today’s society by investigating potential cures for Alzheimer’s, discovering the causes of cystic fibrosis and improving our understanding of cancer.Your four-year degree will allow you to join a pioneering community who will share their expertise, allowing you to focus on aspects of physiology and/or biochemistry to research level.You will complete an extensive laboratory-based research project in the heart of our state-of-the-art Life Sciences building or with the research groups based at the University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust. **** of MBioSci Biomedical Sciences students were satisfied or very satisfied with the teaching of course *University of Southampton analysis of unpublished NSS data 2020

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.
