在這里學(xué)什么？ Gain the skills to create sensors, apps and digital systems for a range of applications when you combine our highly regarded electronics training with the study of biomedicine.On our five-year Biomedical Engineering (Electronics) degree you’ll learn about the latest advances in biomedical electronics from leading experts in their fields, including staff currently developing innovative healthcare technologies within the Biomedical Electronics Research Group. At Southampton our Electronic Engineering graduates have a world-leading reputation for creative solutions based on cutting-edge knowledge and state-of-the-art technical skills.Benefit from an Industrial Placement Year, an additional year-long module that allows you to apply for a placement with an engineering-based organisation. The Industrial Placement Year will be taken between your second and third years, extending your degree to five years. During your year-long placement, you’ll fulfil the role of a trainee engineer on a full-time basis.You’ll be well positioned for a career in a thriving sector as 92% of Southampton electronic and electrical graduates are in professional roles or further study within six months of graduation (Guardian University Guide 2020). You’ll develop your practical skills and teamwork in the UK’s leading electronics laboratories, we recently invested ￡8m in our electronics and computer science undergraduate laboratoriesOur renowned teaching staff will prepare you to work in a wide variety of areas and fields. You’ll benefit from strong relationships with employers, our dedicated Careers Hub, an annual careers fair and our start-up incubator, Future Worlds, supporting student enterprise. Our BEng Electrical and Electronic Engineering degrees are accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), and we are members of the UK Electronics Skills Foundation (UK-ESF) and IET Power Academy.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need: First year of a relevant degree from a high ranked Chinese university, with an average grade of at least 70-80% . National Senior High School Certificate (three years), achieving an overall Grade B (80%) with minimum B (80%) in subjects relevant to the chosen undergraduate course. Students completing two years of Senior High School should have achieved 85%, National Senior High School Certificate (for both two and three years), achieving an overall 85% with 85% in maths and physics. National Senior High School Certificate (three years) achieving 80% overall, with 80% in both biology and chemistry. Students completing two years should achieve 85% overall with 855 in biology and chemistry. IELTS 6.5 overall, with a minimum of 5.5 in all components.
