在這里學什么？ This course gives you the opportunity to continue studying Russian beyond A-level whilst also learning Portuguese from beginners level.During this four-year course, you'll gain advanced communication skills in both languages across reading, writing, listening and speaking, as well as an understanding of the history, politics and culture of the countries these languages are native to.A combination of core and optional modules will give you a firm grounding in both languages while you study the topics that suit your interests including Dostoevsky, the language of the Russian media, national identity and the African Diaspora.You'll spend a year studying abroad in Russia, as well as a term abroad in a Portuguese-speaking country. This will give you an invaluable opportunity to put your language skills into practice on a daily basis and provide you with a first-hand experience of the cultures of the regions.You’ll also benefit from the Cam?es Instituto – the cultural institute of the Portuguese government located on campus and you’ll have access to all its facilities.
