在這里學(xué)什么？ This degree gives you the chance to study both Arabic and Portuguese from beginners level.A combination of core and optional modules will give you a firm grounding in the languages while you study the topics that suit your interests alongside including Islamic thought, Arabic culture, Middle Eastern history, national identity and the African Diaspora.You'll gain advanced communication skills in these two languages whilst also developing an insight into the history, politics and cultures of the Middle East, North Africa and Latin American countries.You'll spend one year abroad and a term in a Portuguese-speaking country, which gives you an excellent opportunity to put your language skills into practice and gain first-hand experience of the local culture.By studying two major world languages, you'll develop a range of transferable skills which are highly regarded by employers. These include critical thinking, enhanced communication, analytical and cultural awareness skills.You’ll also benefit from the Cam?es Instituto – the cultural institute of the Portuguese government located on campus and you’ll have access to all its facilities.

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) ABB including a science subject (biology, human biology, chemistry, maths and physics). Other science based subjects will be considered.We consider all A-level subjects for the remaining grades, except general studies or critical thinking.
