Our program's mission is to prepare leaders to improve health in diverse populations by solving problems in rapidly changing societies and health systems. We offer analytical and practical knowledge and skills to candidates who have some experience in health fields and who want to assume positions of greater responsibility in improving the public's health and the effectiveness of health care and population health services. Our program's primary focus is population health and the health care system in the United States.
The MPH program in Health Services consistently ranks among the best. Our 2-year program offers exceptional instruction in research methods, health care systems, health economics, health promotion, and the social determinants of health. By combining these disparate domains into a single degree, we afford students a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary study and work.

Educate highly competent practitioners and researchers in health systems, health policy, and the social and behavioral sciences Educate students to work with diverse populations and organizations in applying the core functions of public health and other research-based approaches to solve problems Create and translate knowledge into effective strategies to improve population health and reduce health disparities in disadvantaged groups.
Health Systems and Policy Concentration
Health Systems and Policy concentration is for students who seek a career of leadership in public or private efforts to improve the performance of the health system. Students who complete the concentration will be well grounded in core competency areas of public policy development, health economics, law, and ethics. In addition, Health Systems and Policy MPH students will have a solid foundation in key analytic disciplines including biostatistics, epidemiology and qualitative methods. They can also acquire a deep understanding of how and where public policy is developed, what forms it takes, who the relevant actors and institutions are, and the economic and legal forces that affect and are affected by public policy.

為來自中國的學生設計 Prospective graduate students must meet the following minimum requirements: Hold a baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited college or university in the U.S.1or its equivalent from a foreign institution; Have earned at least a 3.0 grade-point-average (on a 4 point scale) for the last 90 graded quarter credits or 60 graded semester credits. Other English Language Requirements: 580 paper-based TOEFL.
