Gain the skills to manage projects and programs across multiple sectors with a Master of Project Leadership.
The Master of Project Leadership is a forward-thinking course designed to escalate your industry experience with new adaptive methodologies. The degree is also is a multi-faculty program, which means that you’ll be learning from knowledgeable, internationally-experienced subject specialists from business, IT and engineering.
You’ll work on live projects to gain unique insights into project leadership practice in a range of fields. Multiple industry engagement opportunities will be offered throughout the course and you will also have the opportunity to be supported by a mentor.
The degree is tailored for flexibility, giving you the option to study part time, full time or in block mode. You'll also have the opportunity to work alongside professionals from a range of industries and build a network of like-minded colleagues.
In this degree you'll build on your existing professional work experience and better understand the principles and techniques of delivering projects using different methods, processes and knowledge frameworks. You’ll explore the techniques to manage stakeholders, communications, culture and politics, and develop specialist expertise in complex project management and leadership.
As part of your degree you can choose from a range of electives from within the Business School or across the university, including IT, engineering, arts and law. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on real-life projects with industry partners within local and international corporate, government and social contexts.
