Hi,I'm Jamie I'm from the UK and I studied Modern History at the Univercity of Aberdeen,focusing on British-Chinese history. Ever since I was a leid I've been interested on China so I'm really happy to be here, and look forward to helping everyone learn English in my spare time. I enjoy running, swimming, listening to music and especially drinking coffee!

Hello! My name is Alison. I’m from Chicago in the United States.
I came to China to teach English after falling in love with the country while studying Chinese in Beijing during university.
Language is one of my greatest passions and I want to share not just my knowledge of English with my students, but also my love of learning languages. When I’m not trying to pick up a new language I like to read, write, and cook. I look forward to meeting everyone!

My name is Jake and I’m from Georgia, a state far south in the United States. I attended the University of Georgia where I studied English Literature. I love the way Engish can be used. Shortly after graduating,I became a teacher. While I enjoyed teaching，I wanted to have more control over the classes I teach.I aso desired to step out of my comfort zone, because I had lived in Georgia my whole life.So I joined EF Qingdao to accomplish both of these things.My primary hobby is palying and writing about video games. I look forward to meeting you and creating a helpful and fun learning environment for us all.
Hey!I’m Ryan Burkam.I graduated from a university in Wilmington,North Carolina in English and Literary Studies.I’m excited to start teaching English in EF Qingdao!My goals for the next year are to practice my Mandarin skills,become immersed in Chinese culture,and help your children learn English.I’d say my favorite activities outside the classroom are playing tennis and eating out at good restaurants.I can’t wait to meet all of you!

I’m coming to China to learn Chinese and explore Chinese culture, history, and food. In my spare time I like to play sports, read good books, and go on adventures. I’m so excited to be teaching at EF Qingdao, and I can’t wait to meet you all!

Hello! My name is Kevin. In my free time I like to travel， spend time with friends, watch TV, read books and go walks with my dog. I studied for my first degree in Law and Spanish and my graduate degree in Human Rights Law. I enjoy learning languages and I hope to learn some Chinese during my time at EF. I also look forward to trying lots of different Chinese foods and exploring the many different regards and cites of China.

Hi, my name is Ashleigh and I am from the UK. I have lived in Qingdao Since 2011 now and I've worked at the school for the same length of time. In that time I've seen the school grow and change into what it is today and I'm proud that I've been part of that growth. I originally studied Medicine at both St Andrews and Manchester University.I have been working at EF Qingdao, and helping my students grow and learn, and seeing them enjoy what their learning is one of the most fulfilling parts of my job.
