嗨，大家好！我的名字是Remay, 我來自湖南，吉林大學(xué)機電一體化專業(yè)。我以良好的成績通過教師資格證及全國普通話等級考試。我在英語培訓(xùn)學(xué)校工作5年，其中2年實戰(zhàn)教學(xué)經(jīng)驗，孩子和青年少都有涉及。我擅長幫助學(xué)員提升發(fā)音、聽力和口語。我相信興趣是好的老師，因此我非常尊重每個學(xué)員的自身特點與學(xué)習(xí)方式，我會以合適的方式鼓勵和激發(fā)大家，幫助每個學(xué)員養(yǎng)成持久的學(xué)習(xí)興趣。英語學(xué)習(xí)沒有捷徑，但我希望你享受英語學(xué)習(xí)的旅程。業(yè)余時間我喜歡鉆研教學(xué)技巧，旅行，有時我喜歡讀一本書，看一部電影。百立是一個非常好的平臺，有一批對英語富有激情的老師，我很榮幸有機會和大家一起共同成長。我的座右銘是“活到老學(xué)到老，愛英語，愛教育，愛生活.”謝謝！Hi, everyone, my name is Remay.I'm from Hunan province. I was majored in mechatranics in Jilin University.I had a good examination results by the Teacher,the National Marndarin Examination.Altogether I have 5 years experience working in English training school, and 2years teaching experience working with both kids and teenagers. I'm good at helping students in improve their pronounciation,listening and speaking skills. I believe interest is the best teacher, so I'm very willing to respect everyone's unique personality and learning style. I will work to encourage and motivate you in a best way, so that you can develop a lasting interest. There's no short cut to English learning,but I hope you enjoy your English learning journey.In my spare time, I like studying teaching skills and traveling, sometimes I enjoy reading a book or waching a movie.Baili is a great platform. 大家好，我是百立英語的英語老師Spencer。2012年我考取首都師范大學(xué)，2015年，我通過院系申請得到了前往美國洛杉磯California Institute of the Arts交換生的機會，在那里半年的留學(xué)生涯讓我意識到，自己其實更喜歡國外的教學(xué)體系。2016年我從首都師范大學(xué)畢業(yè)之后，直接申請了澳大利亞的悉尼大學(xué)繼續(xù)攻讀碩士。2017年，我取得了應(yīng)用語言學(xué)的碩士offer，2019年，我順利完成了碩士課程，并取得了我的碩士學(xué)位。在我看來，學(xué)習(xí)英語不應(yīng)該是一件困難的事情，應(yīng)該是根據(jù)每個學(xué)生的現(xiàn)實情況所定制，真實的了解他們的需求和弱項，系統(tǒng)的歸納學(xué)習(xí)，讓學(xué)員不再覺得吃力無從下手。Hello everyone, I'm Spencer, an English teacher in Baili English. In 2012 I was admitted to Capital Normal University, and in 2015, I applied through my faculty to get the opportunity to exchange students at the California Institute of The Arts in Los Angeles, USA, where a six-month study career made me realize that I actually prefer a foreign teaching system. After graduating from Capital Normal University in 2016, I applied directly to the University of Sydney in Australia to pursue my Master's degree. In 2017, I obtained a master's degree in applied linguistics, and in 2019, I successfully completed my master's program and obtained my master's degree. In my opinion, learning English should not be a difficult thing, should be customized according to the reality of each student, real understanding of their needs and weaknesses, systematic inductive learning, so that students no longer feel overwhelmed.
