Dear parents and students,
防控新型冠狀病毒肺炎是當(dāng)前頭等大事，新華公學(xué)正按各級教育主管部門統(tǒng)一部署要求，全力防控，堅決做好校園安全保障。
Prevention and control of new Corona Virus pneumonia is premier at present. According to the requirements of Hefei Education Bureau, Xinhua Academy follows the instructions of CDC to prevent the epidemic and keeps the safety of the campus.
在教育主管部門要求和指導(dǎo)下,二月底前不開學(xué)，并做好充分的準(zhǔn)備，堅持“停課不停教、停課不停學(xué)”。
According to the latest notice released by the Education Bureau, new semester in spring will bot start in February. Teachers had compeleted the preparation for supporting our studetns' home-stay study in next three weeks.
新華公學(xué)各學(xué)部從2月10日起，利用空中課堂平臺為學(xué)生提供在線學(xué)習(xí)服務(wù)。豐富學(xué)生在延遲開學(xué)期間的學(xué)生生活。
From February 10th, All departments will implement teaching support with online platform to enrich students' study options.
對學(xué)生的要求 Requirements
1適應(yīng)不同的學(xué)習(xí)方式
適應(yīng)學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境和方式改變，取消外出補課和集中學(xué)習(xí)，做好自主學(xué)習(xí)管理。
Be adapted to new learning environment and methods, cancel tutoring lessons and group learning, and arrange the self-learning management.
2科學(xué)安排作息時間
按照班主任和任課老師的要求，科學(xué)安排好作息時間，做好上課、作業(yè)、答疑等各環(huán)節(jié)。
According to the requirements of teachers, please arrange a schedule and make sure to complete learning tasks, like attend the class on time, doing homework, ask questions etc.
3按時完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)
每天按計劃完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)，及時提出學(xué)習(xí)疑惑，主動尋求老師幫助。
Complete the learning tasks according to the plan every day, communicate with teachers if you have questions and ask for teacher's help when needed.
4保持良好生活習(xí)慣
堅持室內(nèi)鍛煉，講究衛(wèi)生，非必要不外出，保持良好的生活習(xí)慣，增強免疫力。
Insist on indoor exercises practice. Pay attention to personal sanitation and avoid going out unless it is necessary. Maintain good living habits and enhance immunity.
5電子產(chǎn)品合理使用
自覺合理使用手機和電腦，不使用電子產(chǎn)品做與學(xué)習(xí)無關(guān)的事。
Rationally use mobile phones and computers, and do not use electronic devices to do things unrelated to learning during the time dedicated to online learning.
對家長的建議 Advice for parents
1、用心、耐心陪伴孩子，盡量減少外出。
Accompany children patiently and minimize going out.
2、配合班主任和任課教師做好學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)監(jiān)督管理。
Cooperate with the head teacher and other teachers to supervise the children’s learning.
3、為孩子創(chuàng)造良好的學(xué)習(xí)生活環(huán)境，保證學(xué)生良好的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)。
Create a good learning and living environment for children and ensure they are positive and motivated for learning.
4、協(xié)助學(xué)校管理好學(xué)生在家上課事宜，保證網(wǎng)絡(luò)、電腦、手機的正確使用。
Assist teachers to manage students' online study at home and ensure the use of network，computer and mobile phone.
5、及時與任課老師、班主任進行溝通，形成家校合力，助力孩子健康成長。
Communicate with teachers and head teachers to help children develop healthily.
這段時間學(xué)校各科老師都很盡心，為了讓孩子們能夠更好的度過這個非常時期，老師們充分準(zhǔn)備了學(xué)習(xí)資料和同學(xué)們分享。
During this period, all the teachers of the school have been making all-out efforts to prepare the learning materials and will share with the students.
