On a sunny,autumn day,the new school year kicked off with our full expectation and positive enthusiasm.
本周三上午，力邁中美的新老員工們歡聚一堂，舉行了新學(xué)年次員工大會(huì)。告別暑假重回校園的老師們，與新員工熱情地打招呼，彼此親切的交談，溫暖和諧的氣氛如同一個(gè)大家庭。
On Wednesday morning,all new and current employees of Limai Chinese and American(International)School gathered together for the first staff meeting of the new school year.Teachers returned to the campus after summer vacation,and greeted the new employees with enthusiasm,and talked to each other kindly.The warm and harmonious atmosphere was like a big family.
大會(huì)中，力邁中美劉學(xué)言校長為大家講述了新學(xué)期的規(guī)劃和發(fā)展方向，強(qiáng)調(diào)了學(xué)校以“為世界培養(yǎng)21世紀(jì)的優(yōu)秀國際人才”為使命，重申了以“培養(yǎng)具有中國文化底蘊(yùn)，胸懷祖國，精通掌握美國先進(jìn)科學(xué)文化知識(shí)的中西合璧的世界型人才。既有善良、誠信、樂觀、堅(jiān)韌的美好人格，又有批判、民主、創(chuàng)新、合作的國際精神”的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)，堅(jiān)持“個(gè)性化教育”為學(xué)生們打造健康快樂的校園學(xué)習(xí)生活。
During the conference,President of Limai Chinese and American(International)School,Mr.Liu Xueyan,discussed the planning and development direction of the new semester as well as emphasized the school's mission of,“0pen the infinite potential with love,”and reiterated the school’s vision of,“Cultivating Chinese culture with advanced knowledge of the West.”The goal of training for world-class talents is to adhere to the"individualized education"of creating a healthy and happy campus life for students.
為更好地促進(jìn)力邁中美教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)，讓新老員工更好地融入團(tuán)隊(duì)，為新學(xué)期的工作做好準(zhǔn)備，我校組織了中外教師團(tuán)建活動(dòng)，以豐富多彩的趣味游戲形式，鍛煉大家的協(xié)作力和凝聚力，增加新員工歸屬感。
In order to better promote the construction of the Chinese and American teachers team,and to help the new and current employees integrate into the team better,our school organized colorful team-building fun games for them.These activities have enhanced their collaboration and cohesiveness.
中外教師們在一片歡聲笑語中結(jié)束了本次團(tuán)建活動(dòng)。新老員工們借此契機(jī)相互認(rèn)識(shí)、熟悉，大家將在新學(xué)期共同努力，譜寫力邁中美新篇章，為中美國際教育事業(yè)貢獻(xiàn)力量。
Chinese and foreign teachers ended the group building activity in laughter.New and current employees used the opportunity to get to know each other and become more familiar with each other.Everyone worked together to open a new chapter in Limai Chinese American(International)School,and contributed to the international education cause of China and the United States.
