Course Change 課程改變
Course changes will take place up to the third week of each academic year. During this time, students will be able to request to have an elective course swapped with another elective course.
每一學(xué)年開學(xué)后的第三周可以改變選課。在這期間，允許學(xué)生在選修課之間重新選擇。
Process 流程
1.Complete course change form 完整填寫課程改變單
2.Interview with academic advisor 和學(xué)術(shù)老師進(jìn)行面談
3.Interview with Office Administrator 和學(xué)校辦公室管理人員進(jìn)行面談
4.Gain course change approval 獲得課程改變?cè)S可
5.Update student record 更新學(xué)生選課信息
Course Drop 放棄課程
Course drops can take place after the first term exams. Students who drop courses are required to attend the class for the remainder of the year, and the teacher will continue to take regular attendance and provide supervision. It is strongly recommended that students do not drop elective classes in which they are achieving above 50%.
次學(xué)期考試后可以放棄修讀的某門課程。學(xué)生放棄課程后，還是需要準(zhǔn)時(shí)去上課直到學(xué)年結(jié)束，老師會(huì)照常記錄出勤率，以及提供管理。強(qiáng)烈建議如果成績(jī)高于50%，就不要放棄選修課。

4.Interview with Principal 和加方校長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行面談
5.Student, parent, teacher, principal conference 學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)、老師、校長(zhǎng)四方會(huì)議
6.Gain course change approval 獲得課程改變?cè)S可
7.Update student record to reflect W (withdraw) 更新學(xué)生課程信息。
