Course Change 課程改變
Course changes will take place up to the third week of each academic year. During this time, students will be able to request to have an elective course swapped with another elective course.
每一學年開學后的第三周可以改變選課。在這期間，允許學生在選修課之間重新選擇。
Process 流程
1.Complete course change form 完整填寫課程改變單
2.Interview with academic advisor 和學術老師進行面談
3.Interview with Office Administrator 和學校辦公室管理人員進行面談
4.Gain course change approval 獲得課程改變許可
5.Update student record 更新學生選課信息
Course Drop 放棄課程
Course drops can take place after the first term exams. Students who drop courses are required to attend the class for the remainder of the year, and the teacher will continue to take regular attendance and provide supervision. It is strongly recommended that students do not drop elective classes in which they are achieving above 50%.
次學期考試后可以放棄修讀的某門課程。學生放棄課程后，還是需要準時去上課直到學年結束，老師會照常記錄出勤率，以及提供管理。強烈建議如果成績高于50%，就不要放棄選修課。
Process 流程
1.Conference with teacher 和任課老師面談
2.Complete course change form 填寫課程改變單
3.Interview with Office Administrator和學校辦公室管理人員進行面談
4.Interview with Principal 和加方校長進行面談
5.Student, parent, teacher, principal conference 學生、家長、老師、校長四方會議
6.Gain course change approval 獲得課程改變許可
7.Update student record to reflect W (withdraw) 更新學生課程信息。
