Overview
Gain the knowledge and skills you need for a public health career worldwide. From epidemiological research to addiction and disease, policymaking to service commissioning, this course covers the key concepts.
Our course takes a modern approach to public health, by directly addressing the social, economic, political and other factors that influence population health and well-being.
The taught aspects explore the field both globally and locally and are applicable to any country or health system. You’ll learn how to apply advanced theory and techniques to practical scenarios.
Assessment
To graduate you need to demonstrate that you've a sound understanding of the theory you've learnt and the ability to apply it. We've designed coursework and assessment. You'll be assessed through essays, reports, case studies, data analysis, patchwork text, a portfolio and your master’s project.
