在這里學(xué)什么？ Sharpen your creative skills and reimagine methods of communication through numerous visual platforms and environments. With access to cutting-edge facilities, you’ll work with industry practitioners to explore creative design thinking across a range of briefs. Armed with the best design insight out there, you’ll be ready to pursue a career in graphic design.Students will develop a critical eye for design and an understanding for different design approaches and creative problem solving techniques. The course equips students with both the vision and the resilience to succeed in industry.This course is the study of creative and visual problem solving. It will encourage students to develop a range of informed approaches to communicate with audiences across varied platforms and media. It will enable students to work across media and examine graphic design together with specialisms such as coding and data visualisation.Students will study through a mix of practice and theory-based learning. This will include lectures, seminars, workshops, individual tutorials, self-directed study and projects. Teaching staff and visiting professionals will bring an industry perspective to the course as well as supporting students in their future choices.Key study topics include:- Type and typography- Editorial design- Ideas and concepts- Design innovation- Information design and data visualisation- Service design and creative coding- Graphic design for promotion- Live briefs
