What You’ll Learn
The ABET-accredited Mechanical Engineering, B.S. program prepares you to work in a variety of fields— energy conversion, product design and development, manufacturing, construction, research, and more—through state-of-art technology and hands-on experiences.
Your curriculum incorporates many design projects, ensuring you have work-ready competence upon graduation. You’ll gain additional learning experiences from our Entrepreneurship and Technology Innovation Center, engineering clubs (ASME, SAE, NSBE), and undergraduate research opportunities alongside faculty members as part of our Undergraduate Research & Entrepreneurial Program (UREP).
You can further tailor your degree by pursuing a concentration in aerospace engineering, which focuses on aircraft and space vehicle design.
