Do you want to understand the mind, brain and behaviour but also want to run your own business? Do you want to mix the fields of business and psychology? Then take a look at our introduction course to both.
You’ll learn the key business and psychology concepts and skillsets, including awareness of psychological theory, and how this applies to a business context, an introduction to cognitive and social psychology and effective human resource management.
You’ll also learn to use specific business-related issues within the context of cross-functional modules to develop your communications, presentation, writing, analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Highlights within our business psychology modules include:
- the theories and methods in the field of social psychology
- understanding the importance of leadership and teamwork in theory and practice
- the techniques and methods used through various stages of research
- why people differ from one another and how it is possible to measure those differences
Upon completion of your CertHE Business Psychology we offer the opportunity for you to progress on to study for a Bachelors degree (360 credits).
