The Department offers both master's and doctoral degrees in Communication Studies.* Doctoral graduate students elect to focus on one or more of the following areas of study: Gender, Sexuality, and Relational Communication; Intercultural Communication and Pedagogy; Performance Studies; and Rhetoric and Society. Courses also are available in critical/cultural studies, organizational communication, public address, and public relations.
AREAS OF STUDY
Our department's graduate programs provide an exceptionally rich environment for learning. Our distinguished faculty are nationally and internationally recognized in their fields. They will serve as your mentors, advisors, and guides as you refine your academic pursuits and goals.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have completed 2.7 (on a grading scale with 4.0=A; approximately a "B-" average) on the last two years of bachelor’s coursework; 3.0 on all previous graduate work (approximately a "B" average). English Language Requirement: 550 on the paper based TOEFL; 80 on the internet based TOEFL; 6.5 on the IELTS; 5.0 on the iTep Academic Plus Exam; C1 required on the Cambridge English Exam.
