TRAINING
This nationally-accredited program includes eight semesters in singing, dancing and acting, yet has room for a minor. Learn from passionate professionals who know what it takes to make your dreams a reality!
COST
Launch a career with few (or no) loans while taking advantage of state school prices with a small-college feel and large-school resources. There is no longer an out-of-state fee, all students pay the same in-state rate!

Attending a smaller program with great training and passionate professors can lift a career in ways many don't realize. Directors, choreographers and casting directors want to see self-assurance and experience as well as talent and skill. We provide focused and individualized training combined with a supportive and encouraging environment so that you can have the resumé and tenacity you need to launch your career.
LIBERAL ARTS
Theater is about bringing the world to life on the stage, so you need to understand the world! We develop your understanding through an integrated liberal arts core including the arts and humanities, the sciences, the social sciences and more. Furthermore, if you have an ACT score of 26 or higher or a HS GPA of 3.4 or more you are eligible for our Honors Program, which features an exciting array of special courses taught by select professors for classes of no more than 15 students. We highly encourage your participation in this program if you are eligible.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students must have completed a high school or equivalent. Academic Requirements (grade point averages are on a 4.0 scale and are calculated by SIU): 26 credits or more at another college/university - submit college/university transcripts showing a GPA of 2.0 or greater on all coursework; 0-25 credits at another college/university - submit high school AND university/college transcripts showing 2.0 GPA on all coursework; 5 Passes on the GCE O or A level exams (under the Cambridge/ed excel model). English Language Requirement: TOEFL - 68 on the internet-based test; TOEFL - 520 on the paper-based test; ITEP - 4.0 (academic plus only); IELTS - 6.0.
