專業(yè)概況
在這里學(xué)什么？ The Bachelor of Music is a professional degree, and is the most concentrated curriculum of our degree offerings. It is focused on music skill development, history and analysis, with courses in your area of specialization taken in your latter semesters. This degree also requires passing a ten minute juried performance, called the Upper Divisional Exam, performed in front of the School of Music faculty, and usually taken at the end of the spring semester of your sophomore year. Passage of this exam permits you to continue in the degree program on schedule. Those failing are given the option of performing again the following semester, or selecting another area of specialization, such as Music Business or Open Studies.
