The MA Childhood and Youth Practitioner is a multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary programme that works at the intersection of childhood and youth development.
It is designed to offer students a broader underpinning knowledge of children and young people in a variety of theoretical and practical contexts.
Specifically, the programme draws upon historical and contemporary ideas and explores children and young people through education, social policy, youth practice and personal reflective biographies. You will learn in our recently redeveloped ￡18 million Parson’s building with access to a range of study support services.
Our teaching staff are vocationally experienced having worked in sector for many years. You will also learn from leading academics that are developing research in their respected fields.
