在這里學什么?
Investigating an increasingly dominant aspect of our social and economic interactions, this taught Masters degree examines the policies, regulatory frameworks and policing of both cyberspace and current and emergent telecommunications technologies. Developing legal research and problem-solving skills, you will gain expert insight into resolving complex regulatory issues and discover the major challenges faced by lawmakers in regulating cyberspace. You will explore topics such as regulatory and governance theory, cyber property and cyber rights, the place of cyber law, and the legal frameworks and modalities of the regulation of technologies, including telecommunications networks and service providers.
The programme will be highly appealing to law graduates with an interest in practice in these areas of the law. It is also particularly suitable for social science graduates aspiring to employment in cyberspace-related industries, as well as both members of IT law enforcement organisations and those working in the telecommunications industries who are seeking to develop expertise in the regulation of cyberspace and connected technologies.
