This work-based degree programme is open to students who have successfully completed a Foundation Degree or equivalent in health and social care and are already working in a related area for a minimum of six hours per week.
It aims to develop your existing knowledge and skills in order to increase your understanding in a range of important areas such as safeguarding, leadership and management and working in a team. You will be encouraged to explore in-depth key interests relating to your individual practice experience.
