在這里學(xué)什么？ This course is designed to develop professional skills and techniques across a range of dance forms. We’ll give you a broad understanding of the dance industry and the ability to manage a successful career in this exciting field. You’ll become a thinking practitioner of dance and spend time looking at performance development through choreography and dance science. This dynamic degree programme will also give you the opportunity to work with professional dancers, choreographers and arts organisations.What will this course cover?This degree programme will focus on commercial dance forms that range from street, to classical ballet and jazz. With the West End just a short train ride away, you'll be perfectly located to immerse yourself in the performing arts.You’ll take key modules in strength and conditioning for dance as well as dance technique. We’ll also spend time working on entrepreneurship and enterprise. This will help you to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to go into the field as a self-employed professional, or launch your own dance related business.Regular master classesDuring this course you’ll be able to take advantage of regular master classes. Taught by leading industry professionals, these classes allow you to further develop techniques and acquire a deep understanding of a range of dance styles. This also provides ample opportunity to network with professionals working in the field.
