Incoming freshmen with a strong high school academic performance and an expressed interest in graduate Human Resource Management are eligible to join our five-year, full-time program which leads to the completion of both a Bachelor of Science (BS) and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MS) degree in five years.
The accelerated program is designed specifically for students wishing to enter the human resources field. Students develop extensive quantitative and critical thinking skills, and are prepared to proactively lead their organization’s strategic talent initiatives. Graduates not only possess a deep knowledge of current HR practices and regulations, they also have the ability to diplomatically balance the interests of many different populations across an organization.
