A Bachelor of Science in Business Administration is a well-rounded degree which prepares students for careers in the public, private, and government sectors as well as opportunities to further their education in graduate school.
The quality of the USC Upstate business program is recognized globally through accreditation by AACSB International – the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business.
Less than one-third of U.S. business programs and 10 percent of business programs worldwide have been awarded AACSB accreditation. Students graduating with an Upstate degree may rightfully claim to be graduates of an internationally recognized program.
Our Silver LEED-certified facilities at the Johnson College host state of the art “smart” classrooms, a stock trading lab, and telepresence equipped distance learning classrooms as well as designated student study areas.
The Johnson College hosts a “Professionalism Series” each semester designed to foster and enhance professional development through workshops, teaching important business “soft skills” such as but not limited to: Networking skills, interviewing skills, professional attire, workplace and dining etiquette.
Through a dual degree agreement with the University of Applied Sciences at Landshut in Landshut, Germany, Johnson College students have the opportunity to study in Germany for an additional year, earning a Bachelor of International Business degree from the University at Landshut.
Students may choose from one of five areas of concentration, which include accounting, economics and finance, general business administration, management, and marketing. Core courses include:

Our dual degree agreement with the University of Applied Sciences at Landshut in Germany will allow you to earn your Bachelor of International Business after one year of study in Germany.
