Our on-campus and online organizational behavior courses focus on approaches to managerial skill development, emphasizing the “human side” of organizations and the behavioral aspects of managing change.
Organizational Change and Development
Students acquire knowledge and skills applicable to management practices, theory and systems, ethics, organizational social responsibility, leadership, conflict management, employee engagement, team development, and interventions for assisting with organizational change and development.
Unique Learning Opportunities
This program provides students with opportunities to:
Develop competencies needed to successfully manage within organizations Interact with other professionals in shared learning, dialogue, and experiential activities Attend seminars with distinguished guest faculty from the field Build multicultural and international awareness and competencies
Convenient Class Schedule for Adult Learners
The course schedule is designed for working professional adult learners and is accessible to adults with multiple responsibilities. Courses are offered on our San Francisco and Fresno campuses. The once-a-month, executive format holds classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, or online when students may complete coursework on his or her own schedule. These online and intensive weekend formats makes it possible for students to take part from locations other than California's San Francisco Bay Area and the greater San Joaquin Valley.
