Human resource management is expanding far beyond the basics of hiring, training, compensation and benefits.
JWU’s Human Resource Management master’s degree program is designed to accommodate the schedules of working professionals. You’ll receive an advanced base of contemporary knowledge necessary to successfully direct employee development, business leadership and strategic planning initiatives in any industry.
Developed and updated in collaboration with leading companies, our professionally focused curriculum incorporates the distinct human resource disciplines as determined by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). It includes real-world projects and challenges so you can gain experience what employers value the most.
