The mission of the Civil Engineering Program is to prepare students to succeed in the civil engineering profession by providing them with essential technical tools and skills and to promote the need for lifelong learning.
Program Educational Objectives
The graduates of the civil engineering program are:
Contributors to the solution of complex engineering projects as they apply knowledge of fundamental science and engineering design principles. Pioneers that continuously implement/seek advanced degrees and/or continuous education. Professional engineers. Leaders and managers in the engineering field.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Generally, applicants will qualify for consideration for first-time freshman admission if they meet the following requirements: Have graduated from high school, have earned a Certificate of General Education Development (GED) or have passed the California High School Proficiency Examination (CHSPE). Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): Paper-based 500; Internet-based (iBT) 61, IELTS 5.5 each sub-section, Pearson Test of English 43.
