The management option is designed to prepare students for a successful career in managing the business enterprise. Attention is given to creating and maintaining an effective and efficient organization in the face of a challenging dynamic global environment. The philosophical, theoretical, and practical foundations of management will be considered in the context of values and ethics. CAREER SERVICES
A Business Administration degree with Options in Management, Human Resource Management, or Supply Chain Management as concentration will prepare the graduate for entry level professional positions ultimately leading to satisfying careers in HRM. Graduates have a strong functional HRM perspective with the behavioral and technological skills to work effectively as HR professionals.
