Interdisciplinary major, no minor is required. Chemistry and physics minors may not be earned with this major.
Students wishing to major in Chemical Physics may declare their intent at any time.
Required Foundation Courses (7 cr)
CS 146 - Visual Basic.NET Programming 3 cr MATH 262 - Differential Equations 4 cr
Required Electives (50 cr)
30 credits in chemistry [CHEM 111 or above], including CHEM 321, CHEM 321L, CHEM 322, CHEM 322L and at least one 400-level course. 20 credits in physics [PHYS 200 level or above] including at least nine credits at the 300-400 level.
Recommended Electives
Foreign language of French.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must currently be a junior or senior in high school (with or without college credits), or have graduated high school and have taken no college courses. We strongly recommend high school students take a rigorous college preparatory curriculum prior to enrolling at SVSU. The primary core includes: 4 years of English; 3 years of mathematics (through second year algebra); 3 years of natural sciences (at least two years of biology, chemistry, or physics); 3 years of social sciences; 2 years of the same foreign language. Minimum Language Requirements: Minimum GPA: 2.0; TOEFL- IBT: 61; IELTS: 5.5; PTE: 45.
