The Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) online program addresses the need for skilled professionals who are well versed in the field’s current theories and best practices. Coursework covers key human areas such as employee relations, staffing, training, legal environment and rewards. The program is targeted at practicing HR professionals wishing to advance their careers as well as managers with HR responsibilities.
Curriculum
The program consists of 30 credit hours with 24 credit hours comprising eight core courses and six credit hours of electives. The degree may also be earned by completing two graduate online certificates: Certificate in Human Resource Management Skills and Certificate in Human Resource Management Decision Making.
Applied Learning
Students in the MHRM program are required to complete an applied learning or research experience to graduate from the program. The requirement can be met by creating a talent development project with a real organization in one of the required courses (HRM 869 Talent Development).

為來(lái)自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Applicants for full-standing degree admission to the specialist and master’s programs typically must have: Earned a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution or a recognized institution in another country whose requirements for the bachelor’s degree are substantially equivalent to a U.S. bachelor’s degree. The minimum acceptable scores for most programs are: TOEFL - 79 on the Internet-based test, or 550 on the paper-based test. IELTS - minimum overall band score of 6.5 is required. PTE Academic - 58.
