Wichita State’s undergraduate certificate in cyber-physical systems provides fundamental knowledge and skills in cybersecurity, networking, computer hardware, industrial control system, and internet of things to solve real-world industrial based computing issues. This is an elective certificate that can be applied toward the Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing degree.
Curriculum
This 17-credit-hour certificate is comprised of four courses:
- Calculus I
- Circuits Technology
- Industrial Controls & Instrumentation
- Cyber Physical Systems
Students completing the certificate program receive an appropriately-worded certificate from the university and a notation is made on the student's transcript when the certificate has been awarded.
