Created alongside industry, our Film Production courses are guided by the needs of film professionals.**Taught by our partner boomsatsuma**- Collaborate with industry partners, including key players Films@59 and The Bottle Yard Studios, Bristol.- Learn a distinctive, sector-leading, practice-based curriculum – based on current trends and forecasts.- Work with real clients on real briefs to hone your creativity, gain professional experience and stack specialist technical skills.Learn key skills in all aspects of the film industry. This course aims to enable you to reach the professional standards required by employers. Alongside practical, theoretical and industry-standard technical skills, there will be a real focus on working professionally, collaboration and communicating ideas, all of which will be fundamental to your employability once you graduate.This course has been created with direct input from boomsatsuma’s industry partners in television and film – all of whom will be actively engaged in its delivery. You'll learn in small and intensively taught classes, and will specialise in one of two pathways – Production or Post Production – throughout your three years on the course.BA (Hons) Filmmaking is taught at boomsatsuma in Bristol, which became a UNESCO City of Film in 2017 due to its extensive production and media culture in television and film.
