在這里學(xué)什么？ This is the 4 year course which includes a Professional Placement Year.Want to specialise in tourism? Become a budding business owner? BA (Hons) Business and Management (Tourism Management) at Bath Spa University is an innovative course offering specialism in Tourism Management. You’ll develop core skills needed to excel in all kinds of businesses and experience exceptional learning environments. You’ll be supported by academic staff with business experience who will assist you along the way.- Develop as a person to achieve your potential through learning about Tourism Management.- Have the choice to specialise and choose modules that you’re interested in.- Learn to evaluate different approaches to destination management, understand contemporary concepts and demonstrate your knowledge of a range of emerging tourism forms.- Bring in modules from areas outside of your course, such as Global Affairs.**More about the Professional Placement Year**A Professional Placement Year (PPY), traditionally known as a sandwich year, is where a student undertakes a period of work with an external organisation for between 9-13 months. The placement occurs between the students' second and third years of undergraduate study. Students can engage in up to 3 placements to make up the total time and are required to source the placement(s) themselves with support from the Careers & Employability Team.
