The Computer Science program offers a full four-year curriculum in computer science that prepares students for careers as computer professionals and/or for graduate study. The major provides a broad-based background in computer science and includes courses in computer software, systems, mathematics, and computer engineering. A student, under the guidance of a computer science advisor, may also select additional courses to pursue particular interests.
Program Educational Objectives:
A few years after graduation, graduates will:
- Hold responsible positions in computing related fields and/or be pursuing an advanced computing-related degree;
- Remain current in their field through the pursuit of life-long learning; and
- Use their core computing and problem-solving knowledge.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Admission into a baccalaureate program is based on an examination of an applicant’s entire high school/secondary school academic record, which includes: academic units, grades/grade trends, and standardized test scores (SAT, ACT and NY State Regents). English language requirements: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): The minimum score for undergraduate admissions is 45 Internet-based; International English Language Testing System (IELTS): We will only accept the academic exam scores. The minimum required score: 5.0 (overall band).
