This specialist top-up degree delivers in-depth understanding of the legal framework which underpins maritime business, addressing complexities of safe delivery, ownership, insurance and more.On graduating you will have a thorough and current education in maritime business and law, with the knowledge to make an immediate contribution to industry organisations.And you will have the ability to apply that knowledge to real-world challenges, thanks to exercises incorporating real problems derived from the industry, which explore the practical and practicable applications of theory and technical concepts.As part of our shipping and maritime business programme, you will study as part of a large and diverse cohort of international students, giving you the chance to build an effective network of global professional connections – and benefit from a wide range of culturally and professionally diverse perspectives.
