A degree in French provides IU South Bend students with the tools to become a true international citizen in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual global community. The French Program promotes proficiency in the French language, knowledge of French and Francophone cultures and literatures, and the students' active engagement in cultural and linguistic exchanges.
Major Requirements (31 cr.)
All courses are 3 credit hours, unless otherwise designated.

為來自中國的學生設計 Applicants must have the completion of individual IB school graduation requirements. English Language Requirements: Minimum TOEFL score of 71 or higher on the internet-based; TOEFL score 530 or higher paper-based exam; IELTS - 6.0 or higher; Pearson Test of English, Academic: 48 or higher; WAEC's Senior Secondary Certificate of Examinations (SSCE): A or B; Ordinary Level Certificate: A or B; Cambridge International O Levels: C or higher; (Test in Practical English Proficiency) "EIKEN": Pre-1 or higher.
