Campbellsville University’s Master of Management and Leadership (MML) provides a clear pathway to leadership roles within businesses and nonprofits.
The diverse curriculum spans ethics, group development, creativity, strategic planning, and other valuable skills, all framed with strong Christian values. At Campbellsville, we believe that leadership and management should be studied in tandem. Our MML program trains graduates for a wide variety of industries, such as education, technology, and healthcare.
Offered in a fully online format, the masters in management and leadership comprises 30 semester hours of requisite courses. Depending on a student’s pace, the MML can be obtained in as little as 10 months or as long as two years. For example, if students elect to complete the degree in less than a year, they may enroll in two classes per session. Core requirements for the MML span Business Ethics, Managing Diversity, Negotiation and Conflict Management, and Organization Theory.
The MML program consists of 30 hours of required online coursework. The online courses are offered in five academic sessions throughout the year. Each session consists of two courses that are eight weeks in length.

為來自中國(guó)的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students must hold an acceptable baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional accrediting association, or have completed equivalent academic preparation as determined by appropriate campus authorities; be in good academic standing at the last college or university attended; have satisfied any one of the following: attained a GPA of at least 2.5 in an acceptable earned baccalaureate degree, or attained a GPA of at least 2.5 in the last 60 semester units (90 quarter units) attempted. English language requirements: TOEFL - Minimum of 80 iBT; IELTS - Minimum of 6.5 Band Score; PTE Academic - Minimum 53; Pearson's Test of English - 53.
