Sociology is the study of social life, social change and the social causes and consequences of human behavior. Our Bachelor of Arts in Sociology program can prepare you for a variety of careers by helping you understand how we behave in different environments and circumstances. You’ll gain a deeper knowledge of social structures and their influence on various groups, as well as the consequences of human behavior.
What You'll Learn
In our BA in Sociology program, offered **** online, you will investigate the structure of groups, organizations and societies, and explore how people interact within these contexts. These entities can include the family unit, companies and religious groups, and may be examined through the lens of race, gender and social class.
