The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) specialties offers the Adult-Gerontology Clinical Nurse Specialist and the Pediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist. These two clinical areas of content and advanced practice prepare nurses to work in acute, primary, or long-term care settings.
Students enrolling in one of these CNS specialties should familiarize themselves with the general MSN coursework, as those course requirements will need to be completed before students may begin the CNS specialty curriculum. Nurses who already have an MSN from APU or another institution may enroll in a Post-Master’s Certificate program to obtain their CNS specialty.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) The applicant must have a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university. A minimum cumulative 3.0 (on a 4-point scale) GPA is required on the posted baccalaureate degree for regular admission status. Candidates with a GPA of 2.5-2.99 may be considered for conditional admission status. International students should have obtained a TOEFL iBT sore 90 including scores of 22 in speaking, 22 in listening, 22 in reading, and 24 in writing and IELTS score 7.0.
