The Pictorial Art BFA program provides students with an intellectual, creative, and physical setting that supports excellence in painting, drawing, and printmaking. It provides a mix of discipline and autonomy. Preparation begins with a strong understanding of the fundamentals of drawing. From that foundation, the program provides comprehensive challenges in all pictorial disciplines and emphasizes both the historical traditions of painting and contemporary approaches. Faculty and students engage in critical and personal dialogue to encourage the development of a strong independent vision.

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計(jì) Students should have earn a minimum of a 3.0 grade point average (GPA) or an average of "B" grades and Successfully complete three years of college preparatory mathematics with a minimum grade of "C-" or better. English Language requirements: Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) IBT score 61; Paper based score 500; IELTS score 6.0; PTE academic score 44.
