在這里學(xué)什么？
We mentor students to gain the knowledge and skills in both traditional and alternative printmaking processes as the means to develop your personal voice. The focus is to provide you with the educational opportunities and experiences to foster independent thinking, artistic courage and integrity.
You have the opportunity to work in facilities that offer the full range of traditional and alternative printmaking processes to allow you to explore any aspect of the medium in your educational journey.
Our printmaking facilities include: Printmaking
Darkrooms for screen printing, lithography and intaglio
Artists’ books/bookbinding studio
Mac computer lab, scanners, and large/medium format printers
Access to laser cutters 15 screen printing stations
Charles Brand lithography presses and 45 lithographic stones
Five etching presses from larger to smaller sizes
T-shirt screen printing stations
Letterpress and type shop
Large individual graduate studios with 24-hour access

為來自中國的學(xué)生設(shè)計 Applicants must have High School (secondary school) transcript with grade point average equivalent to 2.6 on a 4.0 scale. English language requirements: TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) - 71 or higher (iBT); 530 or higher (paper test); IELTS (International English Language Testing System) - 5.5 or higher; ACT or SAT - ACT English 18+ OR SAT Evidence-based Reading and Writing 500+; USD Intensive English Program (IEP) Successful completion of USD’s Intensive English Program Level 3; ELS Language Center Successful completion of the ELS English for Academic Purposes level 112; Cambridge International Examinations - English subject A-Level with C or higher; International Baccalaureate (IB) - IB English A (4 or higher) or IB English B (6 or higher).
