The mission of family and consumer science has been to aid individual and family well-being. Madonna University offers this major to prepare teachers to instruct youth to provide for their own social, emotional, physical, and economic well-being.
Students may also select this major without the teacher education program.
PROGRAM FEATURES
Quality faculty from the disciplines of child development, dietetics and nutrition, food science, health, business, and psychology collaborate to teach the competencies needed for achieving individual and family well-being.
